On the deltoid open thread #61* I posted a full response to Betula's comment #8. In that response I stated "Also, were these authors menbers [sic] when they wrote this paper? Does Betula know this? Can he prove it?"
Of course, the paper itself states their membership in the author list. My prediction is that Betula will focus on this point to the exclusion of the rest of my post.
